What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
- Experience managing a large apartment community required
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, resident relations, and property operations
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with property management software; Entrata preferred
- Strong understanding of occupancy, delinquency, budgeting, and financial performance
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong resident and team relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a large multifamily community
- Supervise, coach, and develop office and maintenance team members
- Drive occupancy, leasing performance, renewals, and resident retention
- Monitor collections and manage delinquency
- Oversee property budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies, housing regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate property records, reports, and documentation
- Deliver an exceptional resident experience while maintaining a well-run, high-performing community
