What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
  • Experience managing a large apartment community required
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, resident relations, and property operations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with property management software; Entrata preferred
  • Strong understanding of occupancy, delinquency, budgeting, and financial performance
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong resident and team relationships

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a large multifamily community
  • Supervise, coach, and develop office and maintenance team members
  • Drive occupancy, leasing performance, renewals, and resident retention
  • Monitor collections and manage delinquency
  • Oversee property budgets, expenses, and financial performance
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, housing regulations, and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate property records, reports, and documentation
  • Deliver an exceptional resident experience while maintaining a well-run, high-performing community
