Anderson Estates Apartments is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our community in Oxford, MS. We’re looking for a confident, organized leader with strong LIHTC/tax credit experience who is passionate about creating a great resident experience while maintaining compliance and strong property performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily operations and performance of the community
  • Maintain compliance with LIHTC/tax credit regulations
  • Lead, coach and support leasing and maintenance teams
  • Manage budgets, occupancy and financial performance
  • Oversee leasing, move-ins, renewals and resident relations
  • Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented community
  • Build strong relationships with residents, vendors and team members

  • 2+ years of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance
