What You'll Do
As Community Manager, you'll oversee all daily operations while leading your team to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the apartment community
- Supervise, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance team members
- Drive occupancy through leasing, renewals, resident retention, and outreach marketing
- Manage budgets, collections, expenses, and overall financial performance
- Ensure the community is maintained to Brookside's quality standards
- Build strong relationships with residents and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain Fair Housing compliance and company policies
- Analyze community performance and implement strategies for continued success
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience
- Previous experience as a Community Manager or Property Manager preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budgeting, leasing, collections, and resident relations
- Ability to analyze reports and improve property performance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus
