What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience with leasing, resident retention, collections, and daily property operations
- Budget management and financial reporting experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata experience is a plus
What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of a 133-home apartment community
- Coach, mentor, and support the onsite team
- Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals
- Manage budgets, collections, and overall financial performance
- Maintain exceptional curb appeal and community standards
- Deliver outstanding resident experiences and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
