What You'll Do
As the Property Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community while leading your team to achieve occupancy, financial, and resident satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage all daily operations of the apartment community
- Lead, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance team members
- Increase occupancy through leasing, renewals, and resident retention
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Review financial reports and improve property NOI
- Monitor delinquency and oversee collections
- Ensure Fair Housing and company policy compliance
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resident experiences
- Track KPIs and implement strategies to achieve community goals
- Partner with Regional Management to maximize property performance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience required
- Apartment industry experience required
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Experience leading onsite apartment teams
- Strong knowledge of leasing, resident retention, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office
