Brookside is seeking a Community Manager experience in USDA housing to oversee two small apartment communities: Beckwith Apartments (24 homes) and Stoner Creek Apartments (48 homes). This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a stable, respected property management company.

What We’re Looking For:

  • USDA property management experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years in multifamily management
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office; Entrata experience a plus
  • Ability to meet occupancy and financial goals while supporting your team
