Community Manager – Beckwith & Stoner Creek Apartments (Watertown & Mt. Juliet, TN)
Brookside is seeking a Community Manager experience in USDA housing to oversee two small apartment communities: Beckwith Apartments (24 homes) and Stoner Creek Apartments (48 homes). This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a stable, respected property management company.

What We’re Looking For:
- USDA property management experience required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years in multifamily management
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office; Entrata experience a plus
- Ability to meet occupancy and financial goals while supporting your team
Your Role:
- Manage day-to-day operations for both communities
- Ensure compliance with USDA requirements
- Oversee leasing, marketing, collections, and resident relations
- Supervise office and maintenance staff
- Conduct property inspections and manage budgets
