We’re looking for an experienced property management leader to join 335 Bala Apartments in Bala Cynwyd, PA. This is a great opportunity for a current manager who is ready to bring their leadership experience to an established community and continue building on their operational, team development, resident experience, and performance management strengths.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys leading from the front, supporting team accountability, and driving consistent results within a stabilized community.

You are focused on the details and you have a deep understanding of the financials that make a property operate.
Your main priorities are:
- Managing all on site operations including leasing, marketing, maintenance and finances
- Leading by example, role modeling Scully Company’s core values and infusing your property with Scully Culture
- Creating and maintaining the annual property budget
- Developing your staff through training and mentoring
- Cultivating vendor relationships
- Inspecting the property regularly to make sure that the site is in tip top shape
Requirements
- A Scully Can-Do Attitude
- Experience in the Multi-Family industry (at least three years)
- Management and leadership experience
- Top-notch communication skills for your work with staff, residents, vendors/contractors, partner
- Lead leasing tours as needed
- Stellar time management skills
- A love of technology and ability to adapt quickly to new software
- CAM or CPM certification a plus
- A college degree or equivalent experience
