Community & Social Media Manager (Streaming & Entertainment - German Market)

We’re looking for a culturally fluent, social-first person who knows how to engage audiences with authenticity, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital behavior. You live and breathe internet culture, speak the language of memes and fandoms, and know how to make a brand feel like part of the conversation – not an interruption.
In this role, you'll connect audiences with stories they care about, in real time, and build a community that feels seen and heard. Working closely with creative, editorial, and strategy teams, you'll drive engagement across platforms, shape the brand's voice, and help turn viewers into loyal fans through purposeful content and smart interactions. 

• Spark conversations: Manage and grow social communities on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube with platform-native tone, speed, and sensitivity. 
• Publish with impact: Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social content making sure it lands with the right audience, at the right time, in the right way. 
• Be the brand’s voice: Write with clarity, wit, and emotional intelligence – always staying true to the brand’s tone while adapting to each platform. 
• Monitor and moderate: Track comments, identify engagement opportunities, and handle feedback with professionalism and empathy. 
• Turn conversation into insight: Capture community sentiment and social trends to inform content strategy and creative ideation. 
• Collaborate across teams: Work with creative leads, strategists, and project managers to align on campaign messaging, timing, and platform strategy. 
• Stay ahead of the curve: Keep a pulse on digital trends, influencer culture, and entertainment buzz to ensure the brand remains relevant and resonant.
• Fluency in German and English is required.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 38,000.
