We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Community Manager to lead and grow the Outplayed community. As our Outplayed Community champion, you will be the primary link between Outplayed and our gamers, making sure they have an outstanding experience with the app and feel heard every step of the way.
If you are a quick and creative thinker who knows how to navigate complex relationships, juggle multiple projects, and collaborate with teams and game publishers of all shapes and sizes, this quest is for you.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Community Manager managing online Discord communities
- Daily active user of Discord - must
- PC gamer with experience in relevant games
- Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong editing and writing skills with solid storytelling abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Creative mindset with the ability to improvise and spot opportunities
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with capture apps
- Experience running events, hackathons, or community programs
- You are a half-elf, half-dwarf hybrid prince or princess
