Your Opportunity: As we scale rapidly across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, we're building the core team that will define our success.
As our Community Manager, you’ll make Moovv feel like more than a brand. A place people want to belong to. You connect people, spark creative initiatives, and turn WhatsApp & Instagram into vibrant hubs of energy and engagement.
Your Responsibilities:
Relationship building: You’re the warm, go-to contact for our ambassadors and creators. You build trust, listen well, and make people feel truly seen.
Community activation: You grow and energize our WhatsApp community with daily check-ins, creative challenges, and fun formats.
Instagram engagement: You reply to DMs, comments and mentions and proactively start meaningful conversations with customers and ambassadors.
Creative activations: From run clubs and creator collabs to big community events you plan and launch initiatives that bring people together.
Growth & retention: You think smart about how to invite, activate and retain creators, customers and affiliates in our community
What You Bring:
Community-first mindset: You have proven experience building and managing engaged communities, ideally on WhatsApp and Instagram.
Connector with creative spark: You develop fresh ideas to bring people together - online and offline - and turn them into memorable experiences.
Human-centric energy: You naturally foster appreciation, positivity, and genuine human connection.
Action-oriented: You take initiative, move fast, and make things happen without waiting for perfect conditions.
Bonus points: Experience with sports communities, creators, or event planning.
Fluent in English & Dutch.

Skills Required
- Proven experience building and managing engaged communities
- Experience managing communities on WhatsApp and Instagram
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Strong relationship-building and community activation skills
- Ability to create and run creative activations and events (online and offline)
- Action-oriented, able to take initiative and move fast
- Experience with sports communities, creators, or event planning
