Qualifications
- Effective time management skills to oversee two assets simultaneously
- Must be willing to work two Saturdays per month due to smaller team size
- Financial reporting exp, including budget preparation, variance reporting and delinquency management
- Demonstrated ability to train and coach team members at both sites
- Hands-on exp with managing sales and follow-ups, able to work the front lines with competing demands throughout the day
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle resident issues
- Organizational skills, strong follow up, attention to detail and ability to multitask
Responsibilities
- Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition: Community Manager for Cardiff Hall and Stevenson Lane – Towson, MD Role OverviewAs the Community Manager you will manage Cardiff Hall (127 units) and Stevenson Lane (116 units) to increase profitability through day-to-day operational and financial management
- Most Important Responsibilities Maintains the revenue, expenses, physical and economic occupancy in accordance to the budget and projections
- Respond to any potential housing violations and liability concerns about the property
- Manage property inspections in accordance with CRC requirements
- Successfully manage renewals for resident retention goals
- Assist with coaching and developing the team
- Reporting on weekly traffic trends to capture reasons for leasing and any objections, which will result in regular pricing recommendations
- Manage outreach marketing efforts throughout the year to assist in traffic generation and building relationships in the community
- Delinquency management
