At LOOP, we’re looking for a Community Manager & Creative Copywriter who brings FMCG food brands to life through both conversation and content. You’ll craft compelling copy, spark engaging interactions, and turn everyday product moments, launches, and cultural trends into stories that audiences want to share. This role is for someone who loves food culture, understands fast-moving consumer behavior and thrives in a dynamic, digital environment where creativity and responsiveness drive impact. 


Requirements
  • Create Engaging Brand Content: Write compelling digital copy, captions, community posts, and campaign messaging that bring food brands to life and inspire meaningful engagement. 
  • Bring Ideas to Life: Dissect client briefings and work on creative asset ideas and concepts as part of the digital content creation process. Pitch these ideas to clients and take ownership in briefing and help guiding internal creatives during execution.  
  • Engage Food Communities Daily: Respond to comments, messages, and conversations across social platforms, creating authentic interactions around food and product experiences. 
  • Drive Brand Appetite: Build and nurture engaged communities by turning everyday product moments into craveable, shareable content and conversations. 
  • Moderate with Brand Sensitivity: Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with care, maintaining a tone that reflects each brand’s identity and values while collaborating closely with the Customer Care team to ensure consistent, high-quality communication. 
  • Leverage Food, Beverage & Culture Trends: Stay on top of food trends, seasonal moments, and cultural conversations, translating insights into timely content and community activations that keep brands relevant and engaging. 
  • Identify Risks and Opportunities Through Social Listening: Track brand, competitor, and industry conversations to detect emerging risks, anticipate potential crises, and uncover audience insights and growth opportunities. 
  • Community & Language Communication: Communicate in German at a native level and write high-quality copy and captions in English and German.

Skills Required

  • Senior-level social media or community management experience
  • Create compelling digital copy, captions, community posts, and campaign messaging

  • Ability to dissect briefs, pitch ideas to clients, and brief/guide internal creatives
  • Daily community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and conversations across platforms
