As the Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for customer service and the day-to-day operations of Pornhub’s creator-focused social media channels. You will be providing creators with account and content front-line support, sharing updates on compliance, products and events, along with participating in content creation and the implementation of projects aimed at maximizing engagement, reach, and social media conversion.  

What you’ll be doing:  

  • You will be the first and main point of contact for social media communications for the Pornhub and Pornhub Help social media accounts.
  • Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, posts, and inquiries from creators. 
  • Escalate creator issues when needed. 
  • Collaborate with the brand and product marketing teams to plan posting schedules. 
  • Create and maintain content calendars. 
  • Assist in social media content creation, scheduling, and copywriting. 
  • Assist with social media insights and reports. 
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices. 
  • Measure social media performance to identify issues and opportunities and propose solutions. 
  • Conduct effective competitor monitoring regularly.
  • Ensure clear communication and cooperation with various departments and teams.
  • Ensure a high standard of service with a quick response time to all content creators. 

What you’ll need to be successful: 

Must Haves:  

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a social media and community engagement role with experience in creative content writing.  
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support focused role.  
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, or equivalent experience. 
  • Excellent writing skills; you know just the right tone to apply to each conversation.
  • Proven track record in increasing reach and engagement in a previous social media role. 
  • A solid understanding of social media best practices and know how to effectively use them. 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability in the evenings and weekends to cover events and monitor social media.

Nice to haves:  

  • You understand who is iconic, who is trending right now and who might be the next top performer in the adult industry. Confidence and experience in this field is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools like Canva and the Adobe Suite.
  • You stay on top social media trends and can quickly create content to be part of the discourse.
  • Some experience with project management tools like Jira Cloud.
  • You thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to unforeseen circumstances while meeting tight deadlines.
