PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate weekly Friday community experiences that align with student goals and Shepherds College's four pillars of training.
- Develop and maintain relationships with businesses, organizations, churches, and other community partners, while identifying and pursuing new opportunities for students.
- Serve as the primary Shepherds College point-person during Friday experiences, providing leadership and direction to students, staff, and volunteers.
- Coordinate the logistics of community experiences, including scheduling, communication with partners, transportation, supplies, and other necessary arrangements.
- Help students apply skills learned through classroom instruction in authentic community settings while encouraging increasing independence and appropriate community participation.
- Meet regularly with the Campus Director to review upcoming plans, evaluate community experiences, and identify opportunities for improvement and continued partnership.
