Responsibilities:
- Assist with resident check-ins and move-in coordination during a high-traffic period
- Provide on-site customer service and support to residents and prospects
- Support unit readiness through basic inspections and coordination with the onsite team
- Help organize leasing materials and assist with general administrative tasks
- Ensure a smooth and positive resident experience through proactive communication and support
- Collaborate with property team members to maintain efficient daily operations
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to help in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable interacting with residents and providing on-site support
- Availability for full duration of assignment (1–2 days in July 28th-29th, 2026)
