Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing questions and fostering a supportive community.
- Plan and execute social events, workshops, and community-building activities.
- Assist new residents with move-in processes, offering guidance and orientation to their new home.
- Promote Tripalink’s values by encouraging a respectful and inclusive living environment.
- Gather feedback from residents to enhance the living experience and report insights to management.
- Help with marketing initiatives by engaging with potential residents through tours and social media.
- Support leasing efforts by providing testimonials, hosting open houses, and assisting with community outreach.
- Enforce community guidelines to ensure a safe and harmonious living space.
Qualifications:
- Current college student or recent graduate preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for community building and student engagement.
- Leadership experience in student organizations, housing, or event planning is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Social media skills and event planning experience are a plus.
