Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and articulate Communications Representative to support customer engagement, outreach initiatives, and promotional communication efforts. Responsibilities

  • Support outreach campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating communication efforts for events and programs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback from customer interactions and outreach activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of communication and engagement efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Represent the organization professionally during events and outreach activities.
  • Assist with preparation of communication materials and support documentation.
