Reporting to the Team Lead, Video Production, you will work with copywriters, producers and creative project managers, serving as the primary point of contact and go-to resource for the team.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Creative & Brand department’s production teams and post-production staff to plan requirements for advertising and promotional shoots. • Partner with producers and digital editors to orchestrate advertising and promotional shoots, delivering compelling, high-impact projects that achieve target goals.
  • Co-ordinate a wide variety of projects, ensuring overall quality and adherence to brand standards, deadlines, budgets and technical requirements. Address issues with team members, recommend alternative solutions and report on progress or scope changes.
  • Advise management in internal client departments on project feasibility, implementation and overall progress.
  • Negotiate project costs, deadlines and contractual terms with suppliers. Research external vendor options to ensure the Corporation engages qualified suppliers capable of meeting project needs, recommending adjustments where necessary.
