Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Head of Communications Planning to develop data-informed audience journeys and campaign approaches
Conduct in-depth audience, media, and keyword research using tools like GWI, Milieu, Google Insight Finder, and others
Translate data and trends into actionable insights for communications planning
Assist in crafting planning decks and frameworks for both internal and client-facing purposes
Monitor evolving media consumption and consumer behavior to feed planning strategies
Support internal knowledge management, reporting templates, and planning documentation
Collaborate with Strategy, Media, and Client teams to ensure alignment across disciplines
Handle ad-hoc, cross-functional tasks in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment – flexibility is a must
Qualifications & Requirements
3–4 years of experience in communications/media planning, audience research, or consumer insights
Proficient in research and planning tools (GWI, Milieu, keyword analysis, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Flexible and open-minded when working across dynamic and evolving briefs
Highly organized, methodical, and accountable
Good command of English (reading, writing, and internal communication)
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
