Communications & Engagement Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development & Internal Communications:
- Develop engaging and impactful content (posts, infographics, videos, newsletters) for our internal Viva Engage (Yammer) channel, supporting key Data Integrity campaigns and initiatives.
- Craft clear, compelling messages that simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Partner with DI team members to translate technical content into engaging narratives.
- Change Management Support:
- Assist in planning and executing change management strategies for DI initiatives and maturity assessments.
- Support the creation of communication toolkits, stakeholder messaging, and leadership briefings to support organizational adoption.
- Community of Practice (CoP) Leadership:
- Lead content planning, coordination, and facilitation of the Data Integrity Community of Practice, ensuring regular, high-value engagement.
- Identify speakers, success stories, and relevant topics to drive knowledge sharing and peer learning.
- Marketing & Branding for DI Program:
- Apply marketing principles to elevate the brand and visibility of the Data Integrity program internally.
- Use analytics to measure impact and continuously improve communication effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Organizational Change, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, or community engagement—ideally within a regulated industry (Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, etc.).
- Experience creating content across multiple formats (visual, written, digital).
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to simplify technical content.
- Comfortable managing internal social platforms (like Viva Engage/Yammer, MS Teams, SharePoint).
- Demonstrated ability to build communities, lead engagement campaigns, and measure success.
- Self-starter with excellent collaboration, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to GxP, Data Integrity, or Compliance concepts.
- Knowledge of creative design or video editing tools (e.g., list of tools) is a plus.
