We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic Communications Coordinator to support our communication strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external channels. This role is essential in maintaining strong communication flows, preparing high-quality materials, and strengthening our brand voice throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.

  • Draft, edit, and organize written materials such as announcements, internal newsletters, briefs, and corporate documents.

  • Assist in project coordination, ensuring communication timelines and deliverables are met.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and prepare communication updates.

  • Maintain organized documentation and communication records for ongoing and completed projects.

  • Support leadership with message preparation, presentation materials, and structured communication plans.

  • Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements when necessary.
