We are looking for a seasoned Communications and PR professional to join Tietoevry Tech Services Marketing & Communications team. As the Communications and PR Manager, your key responsibilities are to drive employee dialogue and engagement to foster a culture of openness, trust, and diversity - as well as build awareness, reputation and thought leadership for Tech Services in Norway.
In this position, you will be driving Tech Services positioning, reputation and growth agenda towards key stakeholders – employees, customers as well as media, working closely with the business leadership as well as colleagues in Tech Services Marketing & Communications. In addition to managing the communication and PR in Norway, you will also have an integral role in strategic planning for reputation and crisis management across the Nordics.
We’re looking for a new team member to join us in Oslo, and we work flexibly in a hybrid model. You will report to the Head of Marketing and Communication at Tietoevry Tech Services based in Finland.

With us you will be responsible for:
Driving execution of 360 communication plan to support Tietoevry Tech Services business and positioning in Norway – working at the intersection of communications, business management and HR to set the agenda and priorities.
Driving awareness and reputation in Norway and supporting in building positive PR across Nordics. Identifying engaging topics and news angles to create impact across channels and establish thought leadership in Norway. Coaching our experts in media relations.
You will have a key role in issues management and crisis communication in Norway and take part in developing these processes and practices across the Nordics.
Creation of a broad range of communications materials (e.g., internal presentations, press releases, Q&A’s, opinion pieces, blog posts etc.) for targeted audiences, ensuring that our content aligns with our strategic ambitions and brand.
Execute selected marketing & communication activities supporting the business growth and priorities in Norway.
We expect you to have
A minimum of 8 years' experience in employee communications, PR and media relations, ideally from large complex organizations, from an agency or from other tech companies.
Solid background in issues and crisis management.
Master's-level education in business, communication or a related field.
Native-level Norwegian skills for producing engaging communications and expert-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and link strategies to PR and communication activities.
Ability to coach and support spokespersons on different levels, from specialists to high-level executives.
