Communications and Content Marketing Specialist

Organized in 2018, NUTS Finance is a blockchain development lab focused on building secure, composable, and open-source technology to enable financial applications on the blockchain. Backed by industry-leading investors and community partners, our goal is to deliver the working elements to shape the emerging crypto economy.

We’re looking for a Communications and Content Marketing Specialist to shape our brand voice and create compelling content across digital platforms. From blog posts to social media updates and video scripts, you’ll develop content that engages our audience and strengthens our online and offline presence.

You’ll collaborate with Growth and Product teams to craft creative campaigns and work with Founders to develop key messaging for investors and ecosystem partners. If you love storytelling, digital trends, and fast-paced environments, this role is for you.

This is a remote role for someone based in Hong Kong or APAC region, where you’ll work closely with our team and ecosystem partners.

• Tell Our Story – Write, edit, and optimize content across blogs, social media, website, and video scripts to bring our brand to life.
• Boost Our Visibility – Implement SEO best practices and refine content distribution strategies to maximize audience reach.
• Own Our Social Presence – Manage our social media accounts, content calendars, and engage with our community.
• Collaborate for Impact – Work with Growth, Product, and Founders to develop creative content strategies that drive engagement and measurable conversions.
• Craft Marketing and PR Materials – Help create compelling materials for external stakeholders, including investors and key ecosystem partners.
• Measure and Improve – Analyze content performance, iterate on strategies, and refine messaging based on data-driven insights.

• Creative Communicator – Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging content across different mediums.

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, Web3, or early-stage startups.
• Previous work on community-driven or open-source projects.
• Familiarity with DeFi, DAOs, and Web3 ecosystems.
