Job Summary:

We're looking for a versatile and highly capable Employee Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a member of ADI’s Employee Communications Team, you will help manage internal communications and intranet content, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination. This role requires close collaboration with HR Shared Services, IT and other stakeholders, as well as the generation and distribution of digital content to support the internal brand.
 

This position is an individual contributor role within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Sourcing
    • Craft compelling content for a variety of internal communication channels, ensuring messages resonate with specific audiences and achieve desired objectives
    • Generation of digital content to be utilized both internally and externally
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to bring our voice to life across all communication touchpoints
    • Content sharing with teams like Talent, Learning & Development, Social, etc.
  • Support Internal Communications
    • Drafting and distributing company-wide and large group emails, MS Teams posts, and content for internal platforms with quality and excellence
    • Organizing information, measuring results, and ensuring timely content delivery consistent with our internal voice
    • Showcasing company wins and successes through engaging internal communications, collaborating cross-functionally to highlight key achievements of stakeholders and departments
    • Supporting internal employee events
  • Sourcing and Posting of Articles on “The Circuit” intranet
    • Proposing compelling stories that celebrate company wins and drive audience behavior
    • Photoshopping of images that are relevant to your news story
    • Support creation of new or edits to current SharePoint page, demos for users, etc.

Role Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills are a must, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging copy for diverse audiences and channels. Please be prepared to share writing samples/clips.
  • Experience with MS Suite. Familiarity with Poppulo, Axios Smart Brevity, Canva and Photoshop is a plus. Curiosity about emerging AI-driven communications tools.
  • Proven experience in content development for platforms such as email, social media, and web.
  • A Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for storytelling, enthusiasm for continuous learning, with an understanding of how to tailor messages to influence behavior and employee engagement.
  • A strong attention to detail, quality and meeting deadlines, with proven ability in copyediting and proofreading to deliver error-free deliverables.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $66,112 to $90,904.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.

  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
