The communication coordinator will be responsible for the communication strategy at brand and project level. He/she will make sure that every written material that will be sent externally (towards the fans, press, partners, organizations, teams, players, etc.) will respect the strategy. The communication coordinator will be aware of every stakeholder’s needs and will manage every situation individually.
Responsibilities:
Writes informative and promotional materials: press releases, event guides, promotional messages
Keeps in touch with the company's stakeholders to meet the objectives of the communication strategy
Keeps in touch with the press and provides them with a favorable environment to carry out their activity before, during and after events
Works side by side with the Social Media Specialist to establish the communication strategy for each of the company's projects and to increase the brand's influence on social media networks
Establishes and manages communication budgets
Monitors communication efficiency and prepares evaluation reports
Requirements:
Fluency in verbal and written English
Multitasking - the ability to organize the messages and information needed for different recipients
Experience with account management, PR, online communications, event planning
It is an advantage if you know the best practices, consumption habits, and esports influencers
Portfolio of communication campaigns (online and offline)
Technical knowledge: MS Office skills (especially Microsoft Powerpoint)
