Communcation - Internship (W/M/X )

📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for a Communications Intern to support the Communication team at Veepee Spain. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in corporate communications and event management within a fast-paced, international environment. No prior experience is required — we value enthusiasm, proactivity, and attention to detail.

🎯 TASKS

Communications

Support in drafting and proofreading internal and external content (announcements, memos, presentations)

Publishing content across internal communication channels (email, chat & intranet)

Tracking and updating editorial calendars and communication plans

Support in the creation of basic graphic materials using design tools (Canva)

 
Events

Support in the organisation and logistics of internal events (meetings, team buildings, celebrations)

Supplier coordination: requesting quotes, following up on deliveries

Creating follow-up documents: timelines, checklists and post-event summaries

Research and benchmarking of trends in events and corporate communications

 
General support

Administrative and coordination support to the Communications team

Managing contact and supplier databases

Support in the preparation of reports and internal presentations

 

👉 REQUIRED SKILLS

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Business or similar

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required); French is a plus

• Basic proficiency in design tools: Canva and similar platforms

• Comfortable with standard office tools: PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace

• Proactive, creative, organised and eager to learn

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

• Prior experience in communication (either in an agency or in a company) is a plus
