We are looking for an organized and proactive person to provide operational and administrative support to the Acquisition Committee. The role involves coordination, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Organizing the Acquisition Committee’s agenda;
· Planning meetings and coordinating third-party participation in meetings;
· Preparing meeting minutes;
· Following up on actions and decisions, ensuring that information is properly communicated according to the project;
· Reporting and facilitating communication among committee members;
· Sending official communications and decisions to the relevant stakeholders;
· Performing various administrative tasks assigned by committee members;
· Organizing committee events;
· Liaising with teams depending on the project;
· Managing email inboxes and organizing related documentation;
· Preparing presentations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
· Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent);
· English language proficiency at B2–C1 level; French is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
· Previous experience in a similar role: at least 6 months, up to 1 year.
· Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Canva is an advantage;
· Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive mindset;
· Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
· Analytical thinking and strong summarizing skills;
· Ability to structure and present information clearly and coherently.
