Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and strategic professional to join our growing Sales Commission Team as a Commission Supervisor (Sales Incentive/Compensation). This senior-level role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of all commission-related data. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, advanced analytical capabilities, and a proven track record in managing complex compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee monthly commission calculations in alignment with ISS Stoxx compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain comprehensive, organized records of commission earnings, adjustments, payouts, and supporting documentation, including procedure manuals.
Design, adjust, and implement compensation incentive plans to support evolving business objectives.
Deliver detailed, insightful compensation reports and analytics to senior management and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of escalation for commission-related disputes or inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources; manage uploads into the sales compensation system with precision.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
At least 8+ years of strong finance background with experience in commissions / sales incentive / compensation management or any finance related
At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Extremely organized, detail oriented and hard working.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Fluency in English is essential.
