Responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze data from multiple platforms (Salesforce, Retool, Outreach, Google Suite) to calculate sales commissions
- Determine invoice payment status, deal signing dates, involved parties, and applicable commission rates
- Process data efficiently to meet tight deadlines for approvals and payments
- Collaborate with sales managers, finance team, and other stakeholders for commission verification and approval
- Consolidate commission payments into a monthly schedule
- Maintain and update complex Excel models for commission calculations
- Incorporate feedback to refine commission models and processes
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data management
- Experience with data extraction and analysis from various software platforms
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in numerical work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments
- Adaptability to changing processes and feedback implementation
Preferred:
- Experience with sales teams or finance
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Retool, and Google Suite
- Background in commission structure and calculations
