Job Description

Our team is seeking a self-motivated Commercial Strategy & Growth Analyst to join us as we create and deliver mission critical services and processes to enable Traveloka Flight, specifically in our Supply side.

In this role you will use your modelling skills and expertise leveraging financial and commercial data to offer practical, sustainable, and profitable recommendations to the business. In this high-impact role, you will be working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, particularly, the Market Management team. ​

  • Assist Head of Commercial Strategy & Growth in establishing supply strategy to meet business objectives; to provide the most competitive supply in the market

  • Identify key levers to realize optimal supply growth; to quantify the size of each initiative for prioritization

  • Assess the gaps and opportunities to increase our competitive advantage at the supply ends / from merchant viewpoints

  • Monitor the implementation of quantitative models to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the Market Management team outputs, ensure the model is reflective of the business objectives

  • Monitor and benchmark competitors' and industry movements, to be factored into the relevant business analysis

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must posses:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any other relevant field, or other relevant fields from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0. A Master's Degree in the aforementioned field is a plus.

  • Prior internship or short of working experience is a plus.

  • Strong analytical mindset and an excellent understanding of the P&L and key RGM levers to drive both top and bottom line growth. 

  • Must have a high level of analytical skills, with an ability to distil information and uncover insights from a variety of sources. 

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.

  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with cross-geography and cross-functional teams, and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.

  • A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing and dynamic industry, and synthesize learnings into strategic growth levers that generate tangible business impacts.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional business ethics, decorum and social skills.
