Commercial Specialist – Vendor Management Team

We’re looking for a Commercial Specialist to join our Vendor Management Team at Neos Networks. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with telecoms vendors while developing commercial and operational knowledge.
What You’ll Be Doing
You'll support our Vendor Managers in managing supplier relationships and ensuring commercial accuracy, including:
Reconciling telecoms services billed vs. actual usage
Auditing vendor invoices, internal systems, and supplier inventories
Liaising with Vendors to close out any queries in relation to invoices or inventory
Supporting budget management and ensuring appropriate spend
Monitoring renewal dates and ensuring contract alignment with customers
Advising internal teams on cost control and PO values
Identifying opportunities for cost avoidance and process efficiency
What You'll Bring
Strong Excel skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Effective communication (written, oral, and presentation)
A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to grasp and apply key contract terms (renewals, termination, pricing)
Curious, proactive attitude—willing to challenge the status quo
Experience with ERP systems (preferred but not essential)
Understanding (or willingness to learn) telecom products/services
