Olympia Moving & Storage, a rapidly growing high-end relocation company, is seeking a Commercial Sales Executive for our DC area location in Hyattsville MD. This is a role for an individual who lives and works within the greater DC area/markets we serve. This position is a hybrid with in-office/remote/client site visits required.

The position includes a competitive base salary, unlimited commission potential, a generous benefits package and bonus opportunities.

• Owning the company's relationship with the customer.
• Problem solving to ensure client satisfaction.
• Leveraging our marketing initiatives and database to develop business.
• Supplying management with feedback on customer needs, problems, interests.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills along with time management and organizational skills are key to success.
  • An ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems.
  • 3-5 years in commercial moving services / sales industry
  • Reliability, attentiveness and professionalism is essential with consultative selling style.

COMPENSATION: Our sales reps work with a base salary of between $55K-$75K plus opportunity to earn unlimited commissions. Base salary depends on experience and role while commissions is based on individual sales/revenue results.
