Job Description

The Commercial Relationship Manager will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. This position focuses on understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and supporting long-term business growth through exceptional relationship management and strategic communication.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and account-related needs.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and expand business relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to understand goals and provide solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
