Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral for 100+ listings a year. (Coordinator does not create the graphics or the underwriting – just oversees the creation)
- Collect all due diligence from Clients, review, save, and deliver to appropriate third party.
- Write Investment highlights and provide other guidance to graphics team to best position properties for sale.
- Review and Edit all materials until they are in client ready final form
- Provide team status updates on projects and hit deadlines.
- Maintain a document management system for marketing deliverables and due diligence.
- Assist with posting social media content, press releases and other external pieces.
- Schedule and send marketing eblasts.
- Maintain CRM database of properties and owners.
- Manage and maintain email database.
- Manage travel for senior agents.
- Coordinate and manage special projects.
Core Competencies
- 3+ years’ professional experience in marketing, back office coordination, or in a real estate administrative role;
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is required
- Highly organized, reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented
- Takes pride in work, self-starter and seeks to find answers/solutions using available resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, excel, word, outlook)
- Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested
- Some prior experience with Constant Contact is a plus
