This role will be required to work from our Berlin office 3 days per week.
In this role, you will:Maintain and operate recurring monitoring processes to track accuracy across hotel search results, identifying issues proactively before they affect users or partners
Investigate accuracy issues - such as price discrepancies, availability mismatches, and linking errors - categorise root causes, and coordinate with internal teams to drive resolution
Define and document clear escalation paths, ensuring the right teams are engaged at the right time and that recurring issues are tracked through to a fix
Build and maintain documentation so that coverage and backup are always in place
Monitor key performance indicators to identify risks and opportunities, and propose practical solutions
Coordinate with Engineering, Performance Marketing, and Commercial colleagues; translate findings into clear, actionable requests
Contribute to broader data quality initiatives as the scope of the role evolves over time
Share knowledge with teammates and support the team's learning on accuracy operations, tools, and processes
1-3 years of experience working in operations, analytics, or a related role, with demonstrated impact on product or business outcomes; equivalent experience, training, or transferable skills are equally considered
A methodical, investigative approach to problem-solving - comfortable digging into data to find root causes and propose solutions
Comfort working with data - for example, using SQL or a comparable tool - and the ability to turn findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical colleagues
Experience contributing to multiple projects simultaneously and making informed decisions about priorities
Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare concise documentation and present findings to colleagues and leadership
A collaborative approach and enjoyment of building working relationships across engineering, commercial, and marketing teams
Attention to detail and a genuine care for data accuracy and quality
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership of your work
