This is a collaborative, analytically driven role contributing to the commercial planning agenda for the UK - turning data into actionable insight and supporting timely decisions at regional and country level.
What You'll Do

  • Assist in developing near-term allocation strategies in partnership with regional and country teams, helping to balance demand signals, supply constraints, and commercial priorities.

  • Collaborate with local Sales, Strategic Sales & Analytics, and Supply Operations teams to help align allocation plans with country strategies, promotional calendars, and new product introductions.
  • Support the validation of demand forecasts for new and existing products, helping to surface upside opportunities and potential exposure early.
  • Contribute to improvements in allocation tools, processes, and reporting to better support UK market needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work alongside UK country teams as a key analytical support, helping to connect local insights with regional and global Supply Planning.
  • Support alignment across local Sales, Operations, and Global Supply stakeholders by preparing clear analysis and recommendations.
  • Build credibility as a reliable analytical partner, combining strong data skills with a growing understanding of local market dynamics.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in commercial planning, forecasting, or performance analytics, ideally within a consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail environment.
  • Solid analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • An understanding of supply chain dynamics and their impact on commercial performance is an advantage.
