Salesforce Effectiveness
- Work with commercial leaders to drive saleforce effectiveness, including (but not limited to) sales rep territory plan, call plan, call frequency, talk tracks, and document these and track accordingly
- Propose and manage SIP process including setting KPIs, documentation, tracking, reporting, and achievement calculations at end of each payout cycle
- Country champion for SFDC and MC including ensuring the creation and maintenance of accurate customer databases, adoption of these platforms etc
Operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial operations, interfacing with other departments as needed to ensure successful strategy implementation
- Own in-country S&OP process - Direct interface with Commercial, and Supply Chain to maintain effective and efficient level of stock to support business
- Key contact point for quote-to-cash delivery - interface with cross-functional teams (QTC, Supply Chain, Accounting, GenPact, IT) to ensure process of customer orders to delivery and invoicing is delivered as per service-level agreement/contract
Business analyses and reporting
- Central point for all business reporting and may have to create new reports according to the needs of the business or propose them again with a consultative approach.
- Scenario analysis and evaluation for new business opportunities or variations to existing business models (eg., GTM model)
- Monitor and report on performance of commercial activities against agreed- upon KPIs
Channel, Tender and Contract Management
- Optimize country GTM model with objective to optimize profitability and simplify operations
- Manage relationships with key customers such as wholesalers, distributors, banner groups, large retail chains to drive operational excellence for eg., timely order placement
- Manage incentive and rebate programs for customers
- Partner commercial team to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with distributors, and key customers
- Map key tenders’ processes: tasks, duration, timeline
