Summary of Job:

The Commercial Operations Excellence Manager will be pivotal in identifying, enhancing, and driving process improvements across non-sales commercial activities.

Essential Functions:

  • Drive and lead governance for the annual brand and financial planning cycle, BrandForward, across three franchises and cross-functional teams with extensive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead project management of BrandForward to ensure deliverables and timelines are met and flag issues if they arise.
  • Develop Quarterly Business Planning strategy and partner with franchises to support roll-out.
  • Identify enhancements to annual brand and financial planning cycles and quarterly business planning to improve how we market at Kyowa Kirin North America (KKNA).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement across other non-sales commercial activities, for example, congresses, speaker bureaus, or other areas.
  • Support logistics relating to marketing operations initiatives and facilitate bi-weekly prioritization discussions within marketing operations.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing operations, report insights regularly, and partner with relevant stakeholders to identify improvements or monitor the next steps.
  • Strictly adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance guidelines and company policies.

Job Requirements:

Experience

3-5 years of experience in a process improvement role with strategic planning experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Non-Technical Skills

Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and Agile methodologies. Ability to think strategically and independently while meeting task-related requirements, even with tight deadlines. Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data and effectively communicating with key stakeholders
