Job Scope:
Commercial Operation Expert provides account management and operational support to Business Development team, for external sales & marketing activities. Collaborated with Production, Logistics and Finance teams, Commercial Operation Manager takes full responsibility of the daily operation in customer service function to strengthen customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. The focus of work is proactive account management and systematic LTC management to facilitate the smooth deal closing and project fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operation support to Business Development team, by preparing quotations, placing orders, overseeing material transferring, coordinating payment collection, etc
- Take charge of contract management, including but not limited to coordination of contract review, initiation of approval and signing process, document archiving, etc.
- Engage in customer management and Coordinate customer onsite visits and audits. Maintain effective communication with customers providing operational support when necessary.
- Collaborate with Solution BD and Commercial BD; prepare commercial data report and consequent analysis, centralize the information/knowledge management on Confluence
- Collaborate with various internal teams and departments, including BD/Sales, production, PM, logistics and finance, etc. to optimize the Lead-to-Cash workflow and achieve sustainable growth
- Collaborate with Marketing and IT group to ensure the working platform run smoothly and actively propose changes to optimize systems’ performance.
Qualifications:
- BA or MS degree in life sciences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both English and
- Excellent analytical skills & problem solving skills, able to grasp new concepts quickly
- A detail-oriented team player with the ability of working in a fast paced and challenging environment to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Background in therapeutic antibody or Gene & cell therapy is a Plus
