Job Scope:
GenScript is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Operation Expert to join our growing team in Europe. This role offers flexible working arrangements depends on your current location: Hybrid in the Netherlands or the UK, or fully remote from Germany. As a Commercial Operation Expert, you will play an important role in supporting our sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, optimizing operational processes, and enhancing customer engagement across the EU region. This position is ideal for a go-getter with a strong scientific background in life sciences, a proactive mindset, and the determination to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through inbound and outbound lead generation methods such as cold calls, email campaigns, online research, and conferences.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer and sales data.
- Collaborate with the EU local sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer input, and sales tactics.
- Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends, and identify sales opportunities.
- Participate in various sales and marketing activities to promote GenScript's products, including co-visits with customers.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Key Requirements:
- Solid technical background, laboratory experience in relevant life science technologies (molecular biology, protein chemistry, biochemistry, protein purification, cell biology, immunology, etc.).
- Experience working with plasmid DNA purification, cloning, and protein purification.
- Excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, action-oriented.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment.
- Solid business sense is a plus.
- Ability to travel 30%-40% for work.
