We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Omnichannel Marketing Manager to lead digital merchandising and marketing initiatives across key retail and e-commerce partners including Amazon, Wayfair, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Ferguson Home. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion in both B2B and B2C environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital merchandising, team leadership, and experience supporting omnichannel strategies for complex product categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals focused on digital merchandising, content creation, and campaign execution.

  • Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies tailored to each retail partner’s platform and audience.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimized product presentation across channels.

  • Drive digital merchandising excellence including enhanced content, A+ pages, SEO optimization, and promotional planning.

  • Analyze performance metrics and customer insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI.

  • Present case studies and examples of successful digital campaigns in both B2B and B2C spaces.

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and agency/vendor relationships to ensure efficient execution.

  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in e-commerce and retail marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field required

  • 6+ years of experience in omnichannel marketing, digital merchandising, or e-commerce strategy.

  • Proven success in managing marketing efforts for major retailers such as Amazon, Wayfair, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Ferguson Home.

  • Strong understanding of digital merchandising principles and tools

  • Experience in building materials manufacturing (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or home appliances) is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills

  • Experience with platforms such as Syndigo, Salsify, InRiver or other PIM/DAM systems.

  • Intermediate abilities to maximize creative & design programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Generative AI tools

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

The compensation range(s) identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on compensable factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range. 

The Salary Range - $93,959-$129,194
