MR PORTER are now seeking a talented Commercial Manager to join the team, this experienced individual will provide varied support with strategic planning, data analysis and thoughtful insight to support the business. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Lead the development and management of the Annual Budget and Forecasts, including detailed planning for sales and gross margin.
- Apply strong commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities, drive performance improvements, and boost productivity through data-driven analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape both short-term actions and long-term strategic plans.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing to drive effective execution across the team.
- Remain agile and adaptable to meet the evolving needs and priorities of the business.
The type of person we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a commercial planning, FP&A, merchandising or strategy role - ideally within retail, e-commerce, or fashion.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel or data visualization capabilities.
- A deep understanding of sales, margin, and inventory metrics and how they impact business decisions.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for presenting complex information clearly and effectively.
- A results-driven, agile approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
