Commercial Manager - Mexico

CoinFlip is launching a new crypto retail experience in Mexico City — and we’re looking for someone who’s hungry, driven, and ready to help build something big. You’ll be the heartbeat of our Crypto Center: educating customers, driving sales, building relationships, and representing CoinFlip in one of our most exciting new markets. This role blends sales, customer experience, and community building — perfect for someone with hustle and an entrepreneurial mindset. 

Responsibilities:  

Drive Growth & Sales 

• Engage every customer who walks in — educate, build trust, and close the sale. 

• Hit and exceed sales targets by generating repeat business, referrals, and local excitement. 

• Spot opportunities for growth and take action. 

Own the Customer Experience 

• Act as the in-store crypto expert and trusted guide. 

• Deliver a smooth, friendly, and transparent experience every time. 

• Build long-term relationships that create loyal, returning customers. 

Operate with Excellence 

• Handle compliant and accurate transactions with care and precision. 

• Keep the store running smoothly, organized, and visually sharp. 

• Maintain logs of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activity. 

Build Community 

• Represent CoinFlip at local events, meetups, and community activities. 

• Help establish CoinFlip as a trusted name in the Mexico City crypto ecosystem. 

• Share on-the-ground insights to help drive strategy and growth.

• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.  

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.  

• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup-esque environment.  

• Ability to adapt to changes and embrace innovation in the evolving crypto landscape.  

Nice to have:  

• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains.  

• General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency.  

Base Salary Range: $20,000 - $30,000 USD (with bonus incentives included)
