Primary Responsibilities
- Consults on complex coverage and identifies risk to generate new revenue opportunities.
- Develop innovative strategies to push growth initiatives.
- Use data analytics to make informed recommendations.
- Current on market and industry trends.
- Create and deliver WIA service plan
- Prepare for and facilitate strategy meeting
- Reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis
- Consults with the Placement team, proving expert industry and client knowledge to optimizing overall placement strategies
- Review, finalize, and facilitate proposal meeting
- Document clients order to bind and review binder for accuracy
Work Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages with knowledge of both guaranteed cost and loss sensitive program designs
Professional Licenses/Certifications
- Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license

- Has knowledge of loss sensitive program design and coverage forms. Able to deliver value added services including claims review, loss control coordination, stewardship reports, and other ad-hoc reports as needed.
