Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development
  • Quote and respond to new business opportunities same-day

  • Process inbound organic leads from our website properties

  • Focus on target industries including Manufacturing, Construction, Technology, and Food Services

  • Communicate effectively with carrier underwriters to secure optimal coverage

Account Management
  • Service key client accounts (over $2,500 in revenue)

  • Provide same-day response to client inquiries

  • Conduct annual renewal reviews

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients

  • Apply consultative approach to understand and meet client needs

Technical Expertise
  • Handle multi-state insurance programs

  • Understand workers compensation coverage and requirements

  • Provide risk management consultation

  • Analyze and communicate coverage options

  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and insurance markets

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience

  • College education preferred

  • Professional insurance designations preferred (CIC, CPCU)

  • Proficiency with Applied Epic agency management system

  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and markets

  • Experience working across multiple states

  • Knowledge of workers compensation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet same-day response expectations

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000+
