Who are you?

You are a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for building strong client relationships. Join our team as a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager II, where you will play a key role in driving business growth by selling loans and a wide range of financial products to commercial clients. In this exciting, client-facing position, you will be out in the field, actively engaging with businesses in your community and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Commercial Lending leaders, collaborating on larger and more complex loan transactions as needed. Continue reading to learn more!

You will be responsible for:

  1. Expanding and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio by building strong client relationships, managing delinquency, and achieving sales goals through an annual market development plan.
  2. Conducting detailed financial analyses to assess loan feasibility, collaborating with the Credit Department, and advising clients on financial strategies.
  3. Approving loans within authority limits and preparing comprehensive referrals for committee approvals, ensuring potential risks are identified.
  4. Performing regular portfolio reviews, updating client financials, and monitoring delinquency to maintain quality metrics.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to promote cross-selling opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the commercial lending team.

Requirements:

Education & Experience – You will need a bachelor's degree in a directly related field AND one 4-6 years of related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
