Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio
Senior-level lending position
Construction, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans
Promote BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele
Participation in various community and public events
Consistent execution of policies and procedures
Extraordinary customer service at all times
Outside business development calls required
Assist with other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager
Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred)
Minimum 1-3 years experience as an underwriting Commercial Loan Officer
Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations
Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums
Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending
Must have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals
Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships
Willing to participate in community events
Outside business development calls required
Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
Must be able to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
