What we’re looking for:

  • A recent graduate in Digital Learning, Marketing, Communications or related fields.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, and projects, at the same time.

  • Good attention to detail and confidence working with data, project task lists and deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Confidence using tools such Articulate 360, Learning Management Systems, Microsoft 365 suite.

  • An interest in medical device industry, training, learning operations, coordination or commercial enablement.

  • A positive, dependable and team-oriented approach.

Location: Madrid, Spain

Why join us

You’ll gain experience across digital learning, stakeholder management, communications, reporting and program coordination. The role offers broad exposure to how training is planned, launched, tracked and continuously supported in a fast-paced commercial environment.
