We are looking for a talented, proactive and passionate Commercial & Privacy lawyer to join our legal team.
As a Commercial & Privacy advisor you will Collaborate with internal teams to draft and negotiate various contracts, including licensing agreements, development agreements, and publishing agreements.
you will also manage privacy and regulatory compliance aspects across all business units, develop and implement policies and practices in these respects, and ensure adherence.
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on intellectual property and copyrights
- In-depth knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR and US states' privacy laws).
- Understanding of the mobile and gaming industry and its particular regulatory challenges- advantage
- Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- High-level English- Must
