In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the business partnering function to drive actionable insights that enhance commercial decision making
- Driving the budgeting and forecasting process across the business
- Establishing, maintaining and assessing processes and tools for effective and consistent tracking of performance against targets
- Analysing key business drivers to develop commercial insights that enable the business to deliver improved performance
- Various aspects of the Month-End Close Process
- Financial analysis and evaluation of project-based investment opportunities on emerging innovation and corporate development opportunities
- Provide commercial support to functional business units to deliver commercial and strategic objectives
- Proactively looking for new and better ways of working to ensure efficiency
- Working collaboratively with the broader Finance team and internal stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
- Coaching and mentoring a team of 2, supporting their growth and development
To be successful in this role, you should be:
- University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business or similar)
- A qualified CA/CPA
- Able to demonstrate experience working within Finance / Accounting, preferably in a Retail / eCommerce / FMCG environment. Experience within an ASX listed business will be highly regarded
- Comfortable building and maintaining effective relationships, through exceptional communication and engagement
- Being able to leverage AI and automation to enhance financial data analytics and process efficiency is highly regarded.
- Experienced with SAP, or similar
- Experienced in using data to inform business direction and strategy, using this as a tool for storytelling and driving outcomes
- Commercial and financially astute, with demonstrated experience in applying these skills to solve complex business problems and find solutions
- Able to thrive in an agile working environment and adaptable to change
- Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model.

Skills Required
